Who can take part in the Young Ambassadors Programme?
The YAP is open to young people with a genuine enthusiasm for international exchange. The following conditions apply to Belgian outgoing candidates.
Requirements
Aged between 18 and 25 at the time of the exchange
A connection to 41 Clubs of Round Table (family ties, circle of acquaintances or nominated by a member)
Basic knowledge of English — other languages are an advantage
Good health and valid travel documents for the host country
Willingness to speak at a national or club meeting upon return
Selection procedure
Applications are reviewed by the Belgian YAP officer. Those selected will receive a matching proposal with a host country. Preference will be given to Clubs who (have) participate(d) to hosting international incoming YAPpers.
